Our jewellery is designed to be anti-tarnish, and with proper care, it will last longer. While exposure to water won’t affect the jewelry, it’s best to avoid prolonged contact with water to sustain the product for an even longer time.

Is your jewellery skin-friendly?

Our jewels are made in the highest quality of skin-grade stainless steel so it is unlikely to give you any skin troubles, However, please avoid using it if it causes any discomfort.

How should I store my jewelry?

For optimal protection, store your jewelry in the airtight pouch we provide. This prevents scratches and prolongs the finesse.

Can I wear the jewellery every day?

Thanks to the anti-tarnish properties, you can confidently wear the jewels daily without worrying about it losing its shine or lustre.

Once your order is successfully placed, we will send you a confirmation via both email and SMS. This will contain all the relevant details about your order.

Is it possible to change the shipping address after placing an order?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship all orders within 48 business hours, and delivery typically takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location.

What should I do if my package appears to be tampered with?

If your package is opened or tampered with, do not accept the shipment. Contact our Customer Care team immediately at hello@houseofuro.com or WhatsApp +91 88260 66218. Please note that any reports made after 24 hours of attempted delivery will not be processed.

What is URO’s cancellation policy?

Orders can be canceled at any point before they are packed in the warehouse, including sale items. If the order is canceled successfully, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please contact Customer Care at hello@houseofuro.com or WhatsApp +91 88260 66218. Please note that cancellations are only possible before the order is packed.

When will I receive my refund after canceling an order?

Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund will be issued since payment was not made upfront.
